Roll up your sleeves, get stuck in! Enjoy finding your inner artist. We all have one. We can all have a go. I provide participatory creative group workshops in a variety of settings, including schools, hospitals, galleries, and in the community, working with people from many different backgrounds, cultures and ages. I have run sessions in textiles, drawing, painting, printing, sculpture and photography.
I believe that the therapeutic benefits of art and creativity have a positive impact on our physical and emotional wellbeing. My workshops are welcoming, experimental, sociable and a lot of fun.
